Inco​ming connections

Custom url

Eliminate the need to request a developer to generate a new URL for your API. By inputting the 'URL Basepath' and saving, a new custom URL is automatically created. Link your API to a contact, assign a license, and seamlessly integrate management information into Odoo for universal accessibility.

Data Streaming

Connecta brings live events from your streaming system (e.g., Solace, Kafka) straight into Odoo and turns them into actions—create orders, update stock, enrich customer records, trigger workflows. No manual imports, no waiting. It’s built for busy periods, with reliable delivery and simple monitoring so your team always knows what’s flowing in.  

Generated Documentation

Take advantage of our user interface to easily set up your API endpoint. Once configured, the system will automatically generate comprehensive documentation tailored to your specifications.

API operation

Please select the appropriate API operation for your endpoint from the following options provided by the OpenAPI standard: 'Put, Post, Delete, Patch, and Get'. Once you have filled in the necessary details, remember to save your API endpoint.

Outgoing connections

API authentication

Connecta provides support for a range of widely adopted and prevalent authentication methods. These include API Key, Basic Auth, Oauth2, and Username + Password token.

Cloud storage

Establish a direct connection between Odoo and your chosen cloud storage platform by simply entering the necessary credentials. This will enable you to seamlessly create a workflow for storing your files externally from Odoo.

Database connection

Facilitate direct integration with your database through Connecta's Database connection feature. Execute queries efficiently from our sophisticated user interface and seamlessly interact with your database, enhancing the efficiency of your data management operations.

SFTP

For SFTP connections, we have implemented a robust feature that enables efficient file uploads. Users can conveniently upload files directly to the designated folder by utilizing the 'default path' parameter.
