  1. By purchasing and using Connecta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use Connecta.

2. License and Use

  1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Connecta within your Odoo environment.
  2. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Connecta.

3. Subscription and Payment

  1. Connecta is provided on a subscription basis. The subscription fee must be paid in advance as specified during checkout.
  2. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Service Availability and Support

  1. Connecta is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
  2. Technical support is available as outlined in the documentation. For general software usage, please refer to the provided documentation.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  1. We are committed to protecting your data privacy and security. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

  1. Connecta facilitates connections with various third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of these third-party services.
  2. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party services you connect to through Connecta.

7. Updates and Modifications

  1. Connecta may be updated or modified from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to keep your system updated.
  2. Suggestions for improvements are welcome, but implementation is at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event will Connecta Software B.V. be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to third-party or customer claims, loss of revenue, profits, savings, loss of business, costs of standstill or delay, or lost or corrupted data arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Connecta.
  2. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription fee in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Connecta immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.
  2. You may terminate your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

10. Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Connecta Software B.V. is established.
