Apollo.io — Connecta Integration

What does the integration do?

The Apollo.io integration automatically enriches new CRM leads in Odoo with company and contact data from Apollo.io. When a new lead is created in CRM, the connector fetches the information in the background — no manual action needed.

How does it work?

  1. A new lead is created in Odoo CRM
  2. The Connecta flow detects the new lead and sends an enrichment request to Apollo.io
  3. Apollo.io returns company and/or contact data
  4. The lead is automatically updated with the retrieved data

Settings Panel

The settings panel has two tabs: Setup and Enrichment.

Setup

Setting Type Description
Apollo.io API Key (required) Password Your Apollo.io API key. Find it at app.apollo.io > Settings > Integrations > API Keys.

Enrichment

Setting Type Description
Paid plan Toggle Enable if you have a paid Apollo.io plan (Basic, Professional, or Organization). This unlocks People Enrichment for detailed contact data. On a free plan, only Organization Enrichment is used.
Reveal Personal Emails Toggle Include personal email addresses in enrichment results. Costs additional Apollo credits per contact.
Reveal Phone Numbers Toggle Include phone numbers in enrichment results. Costs 8 additional Apollo credits per contact.

Which fields are enriched?

Free plan (Organization Enrichment)

  • Company name
  • Company size
  • Industry
  • Annual revenue
  • Founded year
  • Company LinkedIn
  • Company description

Paid plan (People Enrichment)

All free plan fields, plus:

  • Job title
  • Seniority level
  • Personal LinkedIn URL
  • Profile photo
  • Personal email (optional, via "Reveal Personal Emails")
  • Phone number (optional, via "Reveal Phone Numbers")
