What does the Nmbrs app import into Odoo?
The app retrieves payroll runs and journal entries from Nmbrs for the selected debtor, company, year and period and creates the corresponding journal entries in Odoo Accounting. Ledger account codes, cost centers and cost units are mapped to Odoo accounts, analytic plans and analytic accounts.
How is the connection with Nmbrs authorized?
The app connects to Nmbrs using OAuth authorization; no passwords are stored in Odoo.
Which Odoo apps are required?
The Odoo Accounting app (account) must be installed. Analytic accounting is used for cost centers and cost units.
Are the imported journal entries posted automatically?
That is configurable. In the Nmbrs settings panel you can choose whether imported journal entries are posted directly or created in draft so you can review them first.
