Odoo Lightspeed Connector
Connect Odoo with Lightspeed using the Connecta Odoo Lightspeed connector. This integration automates supported data flows between Odoo and Lightspeed while keeping the configuration, mappings and synchronization logic manageable inside Connecta.
The Lightspeed app connects Odoo to Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series, the point-of-sale system for hospitality. The integration runs in one direction: sales made at the Lightspeed POS are received in Odoo. POS transactions from Lightspeed to Odoo. Completed receipts are retrieved from the Lightspeed Financial API and created in Odoo as sales orders, with one order line per item sold. Products are matched on the SKU stored as the internal reference on the Odoo product. Every receipt is imported exactly once, so a repeated run never creates duplicates. You choose a default walk-in customer for the orders, whether prices are handled including or excluding tax, and whether the import runs manually or automatically every hour. Receipts containing an unknown item are not imported but reported, so the product can be created first. Connection and management. The connection uses OAuth2: you enter the Client ID and Client Secret of your Lightspeed app, authorize once through Lightspeed, and Connecta keeps the access active from then on. There is a test and a live environment, each with its own credentials. The business location is retrieved with a single button. All settings and actions live in one settings panel. Errors and skipped receipts appear as notifications in the Alert Center. Not yet available. Import as a POS order instead of a sales order, processing of payments from Lightspeed, and tax based on the receipt instead of the Odoo product.
