Channable Marketplace Integration for Odoo

Connect Odoo with Channable to sell on the marketplaces and sales channels connected to Channable (such as bol.com, Amazon and Zalando) from one system. Odoo is the source for products, prices and stock; Channable delivers the marketplace orders, which are imported into Odoo and fulfilled from there.

Odoo → Channable

• Product feed (CSV/XML) with SKU, title, description, price, cost, GTIN/EAN, category, variants, stock, product URL and images
• Stock and price updates to your Channable offers (scheduled every 15 minutes)
• Shipment confirmation with tracking information when a delivery is validated
• Order cancellations
• Return status updates
• Invoice PDF upload to the marketplace order

Channable → Odoo

• Marketplace orders as Odoo sales orders, including customer, order lines, shipping costs and payment
• Returns (polled every 30 minutes)
• Customers created or matched by e-mail address on order import

How It Works

1. Install the app and enter your Channable Company ID, Project ID and product feed URL.
2. Configure the order defaults: warehouse, carrier, tax, fiscal position, payment journal, SKU field and discount product.
3. Switch on the automations you want: shipments, cancellations, returns, stock sync and invoice upload.
4. Use the Monitor step for the health check, integration tests and error notifications by e-mail. A transporter lookup shows the valid carrier codes per marketplace so shipments are always accepted. All Channable API endpoints are covered.

Requirements

Products need an Internal Reference (SKU); products without SKU are not exported.
