What does the Loket.nl app import into Odoo?

The app imports the payroll journal results of a selected payroll administration, year and period from Loket.nl and creates the corresponding journal entries in Odoo Accounting. Ledger accounts, cost centers and cost units are mapped to Odoo accounts, analytic plans and analytic accounts.

Which Odoo apps are required?

The Odoo Accounting app (account) must be installed. Analytic accounting is used for cost centers and cost units.

Are the imported journal entries posted automatically?

That is configurable. In the Loket settings panel you can choose whether imported journal entries are posted directly or created in draft so you can review them first.

Can I import earlier periods?

Yes. Select the desired year and period in the settings panel and run the import; historical periods can be imported in the same way.
